Bayleys Realty Group is New Zealand’s largest full service national property company with over 60 offices throughout NZ.  The marketing division is critical to the success of the Group providing thousands of publications and products for the sales consultants to use. A large amount of the marketing is production based and is designed on industry specific software called campaign track. This person will answer queries from administrators throughout the country who use campaign track and help train them to better utilise the software while solving their problems. There are two other components to the role one is to manage the database that is used for electronic mail outs, the other is to help with the production of various marketing portfolios Bayleys produce.

This role will suit someone who loves following systems, is very process driven, plus understands the importance of paying attention to detail. You will be analytical, enjoy solving problems and be absolutely focused on providing exceptional customer service. All the queries come from employees of Bayleys so you are able to build excellent relationships, it will help if you are a natural trainer as your role is there to act as the backup when they get stuck. We do not expect you to know Campaign Track as we can train you but you will need to enjoy online technologies.
